Fatih Aydın (Balliol College)

Fatih is the founder of ARA, a strategic advisory platform operating at the intersection of geopolitics, capital, and enterprise, and a Practitioner Associate at the University of Oxford’s Department of Politics and International Relations (DPIR). He advises financial institutions, private equity and venture capital firms, family offices, and multinational corporations on cross-border M&A and FDI, as well as broader strategic positioning across global markets. His work focuses on how geopolitical dynamics shape investment decisions, risk exposure, and long-term value creation, combining analytical rigour with transaction-oriented execution.

An entrepreneur, investor, and mentor, he is actively engaged in early-stage ecosystems across Oxford, Türkiye, and international venture networks—supporting capital formation, connecting strategic stakeholders, and structuring venture opportunities. He also serves on the board of the British Chamber of Commerce in Türkiye.

Evrim Yıldırım Dursun (Christ Church College)

Evrim is Deputy Head of the Department of Corporate Finance at the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye. Her work focuses primarily on initial public offerings, securities issuances, as well as mergers, acquisitions, and various corporate finance transactions.

She is also involved in the oversight of publicly held companies regarding their disclosure obligations and other regulatory requirements. She provides regulatory expertise aimed at aligning market practices with international standards and strengthening institutional resilience.

Onur Erikoğlu (Oriel College)
 

Onur is a Board Member at Erikoğlu Investment Holding, where he leads strategic growth, partnerships, and innovation initiatives across the group’s companies. He began his career in the U.S. at CN Wire, where he co-led the investment of a copper wire manufacturing facility in New Mexico. He later joined the Holding, playing a key role in expanding the group's investments in healthcare and solar energy.

Onur brings a strong entrepreneurial mindset and an international perspective to his work, with a focus on building global business bridges for Türkiye.
